A Prayer For Sex and Intimacy In Marriage

“Heavenly Father, we come before you today, humbly asking for your blessing on our marriage and the sacred gift of sexual intimacy. As you designed us to be one flesh, we pray that you would renew our passion for one another, allowing us to experience the depth of love and connection you intended within the bonds of marriage. Guide us to be fully present, to communicate openly, and to cherish each other’s bodies as temples of your Holy Spirit. May our intimate moments be a reflection of your love, filled with tenderness, joy, and mutual respect. We surrender any barriers that may hinder our intimacy and ask that you heal any wounds from the past, allowing us to fully embrace the beauty of our union. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
